L’IMAGE’s online shop caters to customers from all over the world.
A selection of five languages in total (German, English, Spanish, French and Italian) adds to the positive user experience, as users can view the website in their preferred language.
As well as offering various payment methods, the intuitive checkout process calculates shipping costs automatically based on the destination country and the total weight of the items in the shopping basket.
A well thought-out online shop
Structured product categories and additional filter functions enable users to find what they’re looking for quickly.
L’IMAGE products are presented in their very best light, with a clear presentation of key product information, plus a structured product overview.
A personalized customer account where users can create a list of interesting items and edit their data rounds off the convenient shopping experience.
Cross- & up-selling
Have you heard of cross- and up-selling?
Both are marketing features that shine a light on accessory products (cross-selling) or higher-priced alternative products (up-selling), prompting users to buy more.
