Deutsche Anwaltakademie’s online booking service uses Antrago, a leading provider of training management software. However, the integrated online processes still had some potential to be improved and polished for even better usability.

In close dialogue with our client, we decided to go for a completely new interface, integrating Antrago via an API. And the usability and performance of the finished product show that this was a good move.

Members can not only edit personal data in their accounts. They can also manage the training courses they’ve booked.

And they can download course materials and scripts.

Users can filter in various ways to find the seminar that suits them best. Here, they can filter by topic and location.

In the table view they’ll see the duration of the seminar at a glance, as well as traffic light symbols that indicate how full it is.

If they want to find out more about the seminar, they can get an overview of all the information, plus the option to book. 

There is a whole array of seminars on offer, whether online or on site, about banking law or labour law. Users are presented with a whole range of options, 

and it’s quick and easy to book. They simply press the ‘book now’ button and the seminar goes straight into their shopping basket.

They can also add more, and make several bookings at once.  In two clicks they’ve booked their seminars and are ready to go.
